Decision Making

The Westbury Baptist Family Church uses a Congregational Model of governance (collective discernment of the will of God).
The church members have final authority in deciding every matter which affects the church’s life.

The governing group of the Church is the Leadership Group who, together, are responsible for the oversight of operations and making sure it is working towards achieving its purpose in a way that also meets its ethical, legal and financial obligations.
